Excellent, thoughtful service; easy to reach/prompt call-back if voice message left, and humane treatment of the animal.  Spoke to Bill in advance of travelling home where my security system indicated activity inside, and again after arrival/discovery of live squirrel inside living quarters and failed attempt to coax it out an open door.  The squirrel was still in the house and couldn't be found, but John arrived promptly and performed a thorough search, then set traps; In less than one hour afterwards, the squirrel was caught in one of the traps, and within minutes of notifying Critter Control that the squirrel had been captured, John returned the call and then arrived within 10 minutes to pick up the squirrel and traps.  John was very kind and gentle in handling the squirrel, speaking to it soothingly as he carried it quickly out of the house (while still inside the trap cage).  John explained how the squirrel would be released in a happy environment some distance from my home.  The wonderful, caring people at Critter Control turned a scary situation into a positive experience, and I recommend them highly.  (Cost was $190 for the search/inspection/placing of the traps, and $110 to pick up the squirrel and traps, plus tax for a total of $318.)  Free of charge were recommendations/quotes for remedial follow-up services.

They came right out and set two humane traps to catch the wildlife in our backyard. That cost $100. Then as soon as one possum was caught, they came out within two hours of our phone call and took that one away. That cost $100. Then they came by a few weeks later to check on the traps and re-set one trap, at our request. The very next day, the second possum was caught. They came out on my schedule, right on time, to get that second creature. That cost $100. (It is $100 + tax for the first setup of traps, then $100 per trip to take away trapped animals.)
They are very professional and patient. I felt very comfortable meeting with them. I highly recommend them. I talked with and met with Bill, John, and Matt.
