+ -1 moreThe store sent a sales person out to look at it, but did not send out a technician. The warranty department made an assessment without looking at the item. The store offered no options to correct the problem. They merely indicated that it’s the way it should sit even though the sales person agreed the two sections did not have the same firmness.
Description of Work: Sectional sofa cushions were not even between chaise and sofa portions
