Concordville Inn Restaurant

Family of 4 got there at 6.00 PM Got the pay in advance bill and it had hte cost plus a blank line for a tip then a blank line for the total. I was ready to apply the tip but remembered reading the tip was already included. I asked the person if the tip was already included and the answer was YES.Why a blank line for an additional 18% tip ?After being seated the tables were so close together every time  moved aor the woman behind me moved we bange into eachother.The tables were decorated nice but very cheap and unconfortable. After returning with our food most was luke warm or cold. The only portion of the meal was the crab cakes which were very good. The remainder of the food was below average.When we came back for getting more drinks we found our old plates were still on our table.I had to put them on an empty table doing the waiters work.. When we came back again after getting desert we again incountered more dirty plates still at our table. and again I had to move them. When I got back to out table with desert after 2 minutes I asked a waitress for some coffee.She said OK. After waiting 5 munutes I stopped another Waiter and asked for coffee. Within about 60 seconds he came out and poured luke warm coffee and left .I had to ask again for creamer and sugar. After waiting another 5 minutes I got up and got cream and sugar from another emplt table. I wrote a letter to Management at Concordville on April 5th 2013 and have never heard a word back from. The meal was not worth 1/2 the price we paid
