James Smiley Roofing and Construction

Everything went well until I needed Jim to fix a small problem that arose shortly thereafter and he became nonexistent. I left a message with a female at his work number stating my issue and was told that she’d have him call me back. Well, I waited a few weeks without a phone call before hiring someone else to make repair to roof. During those few weeks I left a second message on his answering machine without a return call. I didn’t have any trouble reaching Jim for roof replacement first time though. James Smiley performs nice work, but is nonexistent after initial service. I paid him without question or delay and was in good standing. A simple return call back stating that he was too busy would’ve sufficed and yielded a higher review grade from me. I would not recommend!

It went relatively smoothly until the problem arose. That took longer than I think it should have. Over all pleased with the work.

Extremely well. The crew worked hard and efficient. They were professional and finished in 1 1/2 days. I would highly recommend Smiley Roofing and Construction. Excellent clean up after the work was finished! The cost was very reasonable.
