Ok. From what I remember.

Fantastic. The electrician was prompt, courteous and professional. He performed his tasks efficiently. The ceiling fan stopped working during the first night of use. I called the next day Wilco and they sent the electrician out that same day to fix the light. It turned out that the problem was not with the installation, but the fan itself. However, the electrician was so good and experienced, that he realized what the problem with the fan motor was, and was able to fix it for us. This saved us the hassle of having to send the fan back to the online retailer. The fan has worked perfectly since. Wilco electric was fantastic to deal with and they now have themselves a loyal customer. Thank you.

Showed for free estimate appt. Very friendly and said he would have my estimate ready by close of business next day. FOUR days later no estimate. I email him, he apologizes says he will have my estimate within the next two days. That was several weeks ago, no estimate, no communication, no respect, no professionalism.

Wilco was on site in less than 24 hours and performed the work in under a half-day. An outstanding process all around.

The smoke detectors were replaced (13 years old) and is working well. Wilco completed a detailed investigation of the electrical system and found the breaker was undersized compared to the required breaker denoted on the outdoor unit. They fixed the breaker issue and now the A/C is working like new. Their service tech was very professional and they arrived the same day I called. I have used Wilco one time before and I have become a loyal customer.

The serviceman was on time. He got to work immediately and made the necessary repairs. Did a great job.

When making the arrangements the scheduler (Jim Sincavage) estimated the job could be done for the initial two hours ($148) labor plus parts, specified in the price of the Angie's List Special.. Paid Angies List $148 for 2 hrs labor up-front. A month later got a bill for an additional 1.76 hours totaling $145.20 extra unestimated labor. Total time billed for was accurate as to time spent on jobsite.. This is partly my fault for not insisting someone come out and provide written estimate. Will not be so trusting with Angie's List purchases in the future. First difficulty ever. Gave Wilco an initial Very Good rating immediately after the visit.

Wilco will be the only electrical company we will call in the future. They were on time, so professional. Our major problem in our bathroom was done by the previous owner. The electrican took the time to show us, where the previous owner put a mirror over the electrical connection box. The previous owners ran wire over the studs and covered the wire with a piece of wood. After, they attached the wood, they took an air gun and shot nails through the wood into and hitting the wires. This could of caused a fire.

Great. The electricians checked to make sure I was ok with how they were planning on running the outside wire to the panel, as there were a couple of options. They also did a very good job at running the new interior wires without damaging anything, and actually moving them to a just as accessible, but more "out of the way" section in my ceiling - since the wiring shares space with water piping. Now the newer electrical runs are in an area slightly offset from the water piping, rather than running underneath it. All three of the employees who worked on my job were pleasant, and make sure to ask me what I would prefer if there was a couple of options for the "visible" location of items, and even for some of the invisible parts (i.e., the above the ceiling wiring). The wiring coming out of the new box looks much more organized than what it looked like from the old box, and they also transferred the circuit labeling from the old box to the relevant circuits of the new box. The project took the amount of time that was initially quoted and expected to take (2 days). I did prep the area before they came (opened up the area of drop ceilings where they were working and removed the door from the electrical box surround that is in my finished basement) but I would have done that for any contractor so as to lessen their time doing that stuff and minimizing any chance of damage to those items.

Work went fine. Billing had an issue (big overcharge on time worked) but was resolved with one phone call
