Rob's Handyman Service

My husband and I have used Rob for several years for various repairs around the house including, most recently, replacing our kitchen faucet. On a prior visit he gladly looked at our old one and helped to direct us what type to buy as a replacement. He was able to make several personal recommendations on brands but did not push us into buying a specific type. We had an 11 am Saturday appointment; he showed up on time prepared with all needed equipment. In about 1 hour he replaced our kitchen faucet and looked at a leak we were experiencing in our upstairs bathtub. Prior to leaving he allowed both me and my husband to test all of the handles and sprayer on the faucet to make sure it was acceptable. He had all of the instruction booklets laid out for us, including the warranty and registration paperwork. Rob was very neat and was careful to not lay the old, corroded faucet on our floor or counters. I rated him a 'B' on responsiveness only because he is only available nights and weekends which can result in some rounds of "phone tag".
