After contacting four other providers ( none of which ever showed up) I called McCartys after they had done my neighbors drive.
Called on Oct 7th they called back that evening and called with an estimate the next day . I agreed with the price and in a weeks time the job was done. Very friendly professional crew, very well done and neat job
On my sister's glowing recommendation, I contacted Mukie's office May 15th for an estimate to seal my driveway. I was told they generally do estimating on Fridays and someone would be in touch. I received a phone call from Barry on May 19th. He gave me a verbal estimate and told me they are nearby Landisville a couple times a week and could probably do my driveway this week.
I asked if they seal on Fridays, he said they do. I asked if they cover the walls to protect from the overspray. He said that wasn't necessary. I thought that's not a good answer. Barry explained they don't spray. Now that IS a good answer. Barry doesn't believe spraying does a good job. Based on my experience I agree. He said they use 36" brushes to spread the coating.
I agreed to the price and asked if he needed something signed. He said not necessary, the verbal quote has always worked. I asked if he could schedule me for any Friday in June. Barry said sure, that would be fine, and someone would call me the night before.
I received a call June 5 to schedule the work for June 6. The guys arrived on the 6th around 7:30am. They were both friendly, confirmed I didn't need the car out of the garage, and got to work. They worked quickly and systematically. The driveway was long over due but now looks great. I am ecstatic with the results and will recommend them to friends and family.
