Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't realize the couches I had for twelve years came apart. But they disassembled and moved them in no time. They also managed to get a heavy treadmill out of my basement that I thought would be impossible to move. After moving on my own for three straight days, I felt like the price was very reasonable.

Matt primarily communicated via text. Communications were clear and accurate. He was running a bit late but texted to let us know. Once onsite, he was quick and very polite. Rates were very reasonable. Will use again.
