Estimate in range of others. More challenging because of unusually deep grooves between the boards. Owner came out especially to look at grooves and spent considerable time looking at the job. The workers arrived exactly when promised, and the work was carried out perfectly with spectacular results. No sawdust anywhere! No damage to baseboards or anywhere else. The staining is perfectly uniform including very hard to reach areas that clearly required meticulous work done by hand.
This is exceptionally high quality work done by people who care.
