Everything about my move went smoothly, mainly because of the great planning and attention to detail of Jason Brody and his crew. Jason's suggestions for handling pre-move packing and making decisions about downsizing were invaluable.I highly recommend Brody Moving Services LLC.

10/19/20: I received. A phone call or should I say 5 phone calls from both owners of this company. A woman claiming to being a partner. She offered me a bribe of $100 to remove this review!! When I told her absolutely not, Jason Brody called me 4 times harassing me! I hung up on him, each phone call. Telling him to leave me alone! I had to call home advisor complaint Dept to get him to leave me alone. Think twice before using this company 10/15/20** Today I added to this review. The owner of this company, sent me a text through messenger, telling me if I did not remove this review he was going to take me to court! Everything I wrote is the gods honest truth! There is too much drama with this company. He screwed up and will not admit he made a mistake. As one of his past customers I can honestly now say, I will never recommend him to anyone. 9/21/20** I hired this company because I found them here. The 5 men that moved me were unbelievable. Polite nice, professional caring funny, and just all-around good guys easy to work with. When they arrived I said which one of you is Jason? (Owner who I was speaking with throughout the hiring) one of the men said oh Jason had an estimate to go on so he is not coming. Honestly, that made me feel like I was not important enough. But ok stuff happens. It turned out I had so many more boxes than I thought I would have so Jason called me during the move to raise the price. Honestly, that was ok, I had a lot more than I thought. Absolutely, he should have raised the price. And it was a small amount. So no big deal. The move went well, but I have two televisions. Both had the power cords taped to the backs. The bedroom tv cord has disappeared. Again stuff happens. I ordered one overnight from Amazon prime. It arrived and does not work. I went to Best Buy and the man told me it has to be the tv name brand power plug. So I called Jason from Brody moving told him the problem. Holy good God! The way he spoke to me! Like I was asking for millions of dollars. He would not even let me speak. He kept cutting me off and honestly speaking down to me. I am a 64-year-old woman, I am not some stupid kid! Here is his text that he just sent me; No you are threatening me with reviews after everything we did for you. That is not cool or even fair. Hope you feel better about yourself! That is how he responded to me after saying is this what you want in your review on home advisor? Honestly, the moving men were awesome. I will not deny them that. Unbelievable good guys. But if this is how the owner treats his customers after the job is over and paid in full, I just might think twice! He is a bit hot-headed. 10/15/20**As I am living and unpacking in my new home, I noticed, 4 -36 LB Tidy Cat Litter containers are missing and I looked through my entire apartment. Now I know they did not steal cat litter, so which to me means they must have been thrown in the dumpster at the old address. They dropped my 34 inch TV and broke the motherboard. The power cord for the TV was lost and he said I will not buy another power cord. That it is a part of moving.

The company s expertise was exceptional, from taking apart elliptical, moving difficult appliances as well as moving boxes without any damage whatsoever to the property. Very highly recommended!

Hiring Brody Moving Services was one of the best decisions I have ever made! They did a thorough inspection of our home and gave us a very fair estimate. The crew was on time, friendly, and careful. They moved me over two days. On the second day, the house we were moving into was not empty yet and they worked with me to adjust the time. In fact, they did such a great job that the sellers of the house I bought hired them to move the rest of their belongings! Not all movers are equal. Brody s is a superior moving company.

These gentlemen treated me like a very important person, start to finish. I had not been able to prepare for the move properly with the lockdown in place and only myself to do most of the work. They took care of this 71 year old lady as if I were their granny. It made my move back to my roots easy. So yes, I will always be pleased when thinking of them.
