The job was under a tight schedule & Rich was recommended to me by my carpet/flooring contractor who had previous experience with Rich.  I was told he was a good painter & reasonably priced; and both turned out to be true.  In addition to his professional skills he's a really nice guy, & I found him to be very trustworthy.

Job started on time and finished in 3 days. Neat work, reasonable price and a nice guy. Very satisfied. I own 12 apartments and Rich, does all the painting and minor carpentry repairs.
