We had several areas that showed up in our test for energy efficiency, suggesting we needed work and insulation in several areas of the house (attics, crawl space). They did a great job from assessment, scope, explanation, proposal, and execution. We are pleased with the end result. The employees were pleasant, hard working, and safe with COVID precautions. We were also happy to get the PECO incentives and look forward to cheaper energy bills!

Premier did OK adding insulation to the attic and did improve the insulation of the access hatch. They left dirty hand prints on the wall, moulding and hatch. (I asked them not to vacuum.) They put cheap black foam weatherstripping ON TOP OF the existing white rubber much better quality weatherstripping. This action would decrease the energy efficiency. I removed their weatherstripping. There were many papers outlining the work they said they performed, but they would not give me a copy of them. I took photos of them when they were not looking. I called and they sent a copy of the two papers I had signed. They said that other customers had requested these same documents ,but they were prohibited by PECO from providing them. Based on my experience with PECO, I believe them. The certificate of insulation they gave me does not have their company name on it--unprofessional. PECO hired them and paid them. Based on my experience I would not hire them.

The woman who answered the call also said they were booked for at least a month. I had no problem waiting, but can't stand companies that can't figure out how to return calls in a reasonable time.
