I received an estimate on Tuesday 09/15/2015. 2010 Honda Civic. I was smelling gas inside of my car and my rear tire had a slow leak. They said I needed a new exhaust gasket and recommended a new motor mount. Over $800.
I declined service and said I wanted to get a second opinion. I was charged $53. I took my car to a local shop and they said that the exhaust gasket was fine and the motor mounts were in good enough condition to not need replacement.
So either the techs at the garage didn't bother inspecting my car well enough or they just made up a problem to get money out of me. Completely unacceptable.
Also, the TPMS sensor that I got replaced last year from the business was installed incorrectly or they did the wrong tire because the local shop I went to said there was still a slow leak.
Completely unsatisfied customer. Do not use these people.

Ten years ago I purchased a Honda Pilot from Keith Godshall at J L Freed. Fast forward ten years, 267,000 miles later and decided it was time for a new Pilot. Went back to J L Freed and was shocked to find Keith still there. Purchased my new Pilot from him and couldn't be happier. Love JF Freed, Honda and Keith !!

It was fine. It was a reasonable price. It was okay. They were very efficient. We probably will not use them again in the future only because we bought a car somewhere else. We don't use that Honda anymore.

The salesman, Ron, was very easy to work with and very helpful. I had been to other car places where it was troublesome getting the price for the car that I wanted. They always had to talk to the manager and get back to me. It was just a long drawn out process, but he was very prompt. He was able to speak to the cost and made it a very pleasant experience. My experience with the salesman was very good, but when I went to purchase the car I had to meet with the business manager and that wasn't so great. Working with Ron was very good and he was able to answer my questions promptly. He didn't make you wait for ours while he talked to the manager or something like that. The business manager insisted on going through all kinds of things that I didn't want and wasn't interested in. He would say that I had to do this and dragged it out for a very long time. He made the process very cumbersome. He was throwing numbers around very quickly and you couldn't follow what he was doing. He kept the papers after he went over them and wouldn't let me hold them to look at them. He kept them over on the side and said that he'll give it to me later. His strategies just kind of made me feel uncomfortable. He was not being completely clear. I felt like when I started with the business manager I knew what the prices were and the numbers, but then all of a sudden I was confused because of all the stuff that he was doing. I got a good price in the end and I'm very happy with the vehicle. They were professional. I've used them in the past and I would certainly consider them again. When I bought the car I went to three different dealers and they were the easiest to work with.

We have purchased multiple cars through them. They do not pressure you and they are very good on service. They work with you on pricing and other things so I continue to go back to them because of that. They are also honest as far as repairs go. I just wish that the price was cheaper. My wife, my mother-in-law and my daughter drive 50 miles a day and their cars are serviced there all the time.

I keep my card for a long time and take my car for general car care and they were very efficient and you can just walk in and get something like oil change without even making an appointment. They have a service where you can leave your car and take you where ever you need to go and I dealt with them for 25 years now. They are reliable, efficient and don't take long to do things, they also suggest things needed to be done with your car and do it. They charge more but I never felt that they take advantage of you because you don't know something about cars and I feel that they are honest and wouldn't push something that you don't need.
