Brady Electric Inc

DO NOT USE This company.  So I called this company when I bought my house a year ago to instal 4 ceiling fans I was not able to get lots of prices as I was short on time, mainly because I wanted the fans installed before my family  moved into our new house.  I settled on this company because he was the only one that could accommodate my schedule.  I had to call him back 9 months later because one of the fans he installed was lose and we were not sure what had happened, he called back and said he would come over to fix it but during this conversation I mentioned to him that I had a few other things I wanted to do at this time and I would like an estimate.  He came back and said he did not have what he needed at that time to repair the fan but he would come back and maybe he could do all the work at once.   He took a few days to give me an estimate and it was for 2600.  My husband and I thought that might of being a little high and we decided to do a little shopping.  We had two other companies and their estimated ranged from 1100 to 900 cheaper.  Remember he still has not fixed the fan at this point however he had said he would be at my house on monday to repair the fan, weather I had decided to do the work or not.  On Friday morning I decided that it we were going to be using a different company to do the work because 1000 can buy lots of shoes in my world.  So I sent him and email saying thank you kyle for your quote however we decided to go with someone else this time as the price difference was very significant, and I will see you monday morning at 9 for you to fix the fan you installed, as agreed.   Well the next email I receive from Mr. Brady was one of two very unprofessional e-mails "I will not be there monday Kyle".  So I asked when will you be here?  His response "pick dates and I will accept them or reject them, Kyle"  at this point my blood was boiling and I decided he was not interested in fixing his mistake, I decided that having an electrician that is annoyed do work on my house is not a smart choice for anyone.  I guess he was very professional when he thought he was going to get 2666.  from us but the minute we said not we decided to go with someone else he lost the desire to stand by his job and his company.  I would save yourself the aggravation and the money this guy will try and charge you and use someone else.  I know I am certainly using a different company from now on. 

Kyle did a great job working with our 155 year old house. He was prompt, courteous, and did all of the work himself. We have hired him back for other jobs.
