1-The salesperson directed us to the very couch we were looking for once we described it.
2-She offered various options that we later selected after seeing their helpfulness (i.e., type of arms and pillows).
3-We had a limited time frame which the salesperson validated could be done with the warehouse.
4-We purchased the sleeper couch on 09/04/2012 and including the custom items (i.e., arms) we recived it in the promised 4-6 week period.
5-The salsesperson also called us at least twice to keep us up to date on the progress of the couch being created from scratch.
6-She notified us within a month of the couches completion and that we would receive a call from the warehouse to schedule an actual delivery date. We received the couch on 10/20/2012.
7-We love our new leather full size sleeper sofa with the air dream mattress.It is very comfortable.

We shopped for new living room furniture at multiple stores.  We ended up buying from Basset because we liked their furniture options best and had had a prior good experience purchasing a dining table and chairs several years back.  This time, we initially visited the store and working with the decorator, selected several options and color ideas.  She then visited our home to take measurements so the pieces we chose would be the correct dimensions. We then went back to the store to finalize our purchases.  They had an excellent sale and we were very satisfied with the overall price paid for the multiple items we bought.
Delivery was about 4 weeks later.  It went very well, with the crew being very courteous and neat.  We subsequently had another decorator, the store's co-owner, Marie, visit our home because we wanted asistance with accessories and additional advice.  She was extremely creative, helping to utilize items we already owned and selecting other items for us, including a chest and picture.
We are exceptionally pleased with the design consultation we have received, the look and quality of our new furniture, as well as the delivery service.  It was a great experience.

They are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. The arms had come loose on the armchairs and when I called them, they came over the next day itself and tightened up every chair for me. There is no guarantee or warranty on the furniture.

BASSETT WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER IN PRICE THAN OTHER PLACES THAT WE CHECKED, BUT THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS WELL WORTH THE DIFFERENCE. TOLD THAT THE BED WOULD PROBABLY COME IN 6-8 WKS., BUT WAS HERE IN 4!!! DELIVERY GUYS WERE GREAT, TOO! FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, AND GREAT QUALITY OF WORK. WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

THE SALESPERSON WAS INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE ON-TIME, IN THE 5 HOUR WINDOW; DELIVERED WITHIN THE FIRST 2 HOURS OF THE WINDOW.
