not good. They did not move a thing to clean behind . Did not do the bathroom at all. Had the owner come see she gave me back my money.

AM-PM Cleaning Service responded immediately to my call, and Ruth went out the following day to look at the house and provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate. She was also able to schedule the housecleaning for a couple of days later. The house was cleaned and she sent me the invoice – it had come under the estimate. The people that had seen the house before and then after, told me that they did a stellar job! They were very impressed. They had done a very thorough job and had brought all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. I could not be happier. And all this was done without me having to go there. Bottom line - the house sold the weekend after they did the cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Cleaning Service was outstanding.  I started this service for my Dad when he could no longer keep the house clean.   The house was a mess when the service started.  Ruth met with me to review the situation and she came up with a plan to get the house back in order.   After a few visits the house started looking great again and it was much safer for my Dad without all the clutter.  The cleaning personnel are always on time and if the schedule changed Ruth always informed me with plenty of notice.  I would recommend this service to anyone needing a dependable, trustworthy cleaning service.  I am totally satisfied. 

No one cleans my home like I do myself, which is why I checked good rather than excellent on quality -- but no cleaning service has ever done a better job for me than the AM/PM team.  I have been using them for about 20 years and have never felt the need to look elsewhere because I knew from prior experience that the service was very good and because it was so dependable.  Also, on the rare occasions when something has been broken, the team always lets me know because they know that is what the owners expect them to do -- and then AM/PM has always promptly replaced the item or reimbursed me for what it cost me to do so.  I've also found the company very responsive on the rare occasions when something was not done to my satisfaction, on one occasion when a new team member had not done the job well, not charging me for that week.   They are really a great company..
