We called Yocum Glass and spoke to Christine. She was very professional and pleasant. We told her that we tried to order the mirror elsewhere, but it would have been a back order. She said she could get one for us in no time. Within about 10 days Christine called to say that the mirror had arrived and we picked it up. No problems, no hassles.

Yocum repaired both windows and the work fine now.

After investigating the awning online and receiving Sunsetter's info packet in the mail, which did not include one word about the Oasis Freestanding Awning mentioned on their website, I contacted Christine at Yocum Glass via e-mail. She responded quickly to my questions and I eventually stopped in to meet her, see sample fabrics and get more information. I truly appreciated her being very informative but not using high pressure sales tactics. I made my decision and placed my order. Communication was excellent, as soon as Christine knew the awning was on its way, I received a phone call and we set up a delivery/installation date. When the day came, the two installers arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Yocum Glass and my Sunsetter Oasis Freestanding Awning.

My experience with them was pretty good. They were a little slow to respond to me and that was the biggest thing. It was a matter of responding to my telephone calls. I called them to come to my house. They had a reason for being a little bit slow. They were at a trade show and they really couldn't get to me as quickly as I had hoped. I would use them again in the future. In the place that I live I have limited choices and with regards to awning I had Yocum and another company and I chose them. They also installed the awning for me and I didn't have any problems with that at all.
