I don't like anything about them. I called them for a quote, I was told someone will call me back, and it was about 2 weeks before someone returned my call, and then I think it was a week before they could come out after that. When the guy came out, he told me that he was not the person who could actually give me a quote or talk to about what they could do, but he would take all the information back to the office, and then someone would contact me in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Nobody contacted me. I called and left a message, but nobody called me back. I was annoyed so I called again, and they called me back and apologized and scheduled an appointment. I wrote them a letter and said that I wanted to make it public but I thought against it. The owner came out with another guy, looked around at everything, and said they were going to give me a quote. I told them the fact that their service is kind of lacking and they apologized, and then I never heard from them again. I said to the owner when he came out that the reason I kept continuing was because I've seen their pictures and they were excellent, and I was interested in having them work.
