"Although we re not perfect, we do quickly respond to any and all issues that may arise. There were a few issues brought to our attention by Mrs. [Member Name Removed] as soon as they happened and we did come out immediately to resolve all of them. Some of these were grass clippings on the patio, and tire marks on a sidewalk. When Mrs. [Member Name Removed] discontinued our service and we requested payment for outstanding services, we were told that once her husband agreed that the walkway tire marks were removed to his satisfaction, we would be paid. We heard nothing for several weeks and when we followed up with the customer, we were told of supposed fence damage from earlier this year and pictures were sent of one of our crew members when this damage occurred were sent too. That employee did not cut your lawn at all this year and given your attention to all complaints, I find it unbelievable that you waited for months before telling us about any fence damage. I agreed to meet Mrs. [Member Name Removed] at her home at time she suggested and she did not attend the meeting nor give me the courtesy of a phone call to cancel this meeting. We did eventually have to take you to small claims court and at that point you finally paid us the money you owed to us. This is why I take issue with the review and feel it is as valid as the alleged fence damage."
