+ -1 moreThe provider was very slow in response. Often ignored calls and emails. When the quote finally came after two weeks wait, he got affended by our negotiation of price (only asked for 10% off) and hangup on my wife. That was really rude. Needless to say, we are very upset/disappointed and would never do business with this provider again.

+ 0 moreThe remodeling of these two rooms took about three months. He took out our old appliances and reinstalled the new ones. He coordinated his efforts with the folks doing the refacing of our cabinets, laying tile in both rooms, and installing new granite countertops. Overall, Rick helped make this an excellent experience for us, and we were pleased to have worked with him.
Description of Work: We were remodeling our master bathroom and kitchen. We were introduced to Rick Gramm by the staff at Ferguson Appliances to install new appliances. He undertook to do that, and also to generally coordinate the various tradesmen coming into work on these two projects. Rick was always very professional and pleasant to work with. He did a great job.

+ -1 moreRICK HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR US. HE IS METICULOUS IN HIS WORK, GOES THE EXTRA MILE AND PAYS MUCH ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS. HE ALSO HAS GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR MODIFICATIONS. HIS CREW IS SIMILARLY DEDICATED AND PROFESSIONAL. RICK IS VERY PERSONABLE BUT HASN'T ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK WHEN PROMISED; I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A JOB WITH A TIGHT DEADLINE, BUT IF YOU NEED OUTSTANDING WORK DONE AND ARE WILLING TO WAIT, DEFINITELY CALL RICK!
