 + -1 moreTerrible. The couch that we received was great, yes. BUT they originally told us it was going to be 6-8 weeks and it was actually 16-18 weeks. That's a big whoops. When I called at 6 weeks to get a status update, thats when they told me about the 16-18 weeks. From there on out I called to complain and ask for some money off. They would barely give us anything off and it was infuriating. When the product finally got to the warehouse, it got messed up as two pieces went to one warehouse and the middle section went to another. They DID NOT work with us in scheduling the delivery of our furniture. Two weeks after it came in, we finally received our product. They did not once try to work around our schedule but only theirs. Terrible customer service. Should be worth 0 stars.
