Pro Kleen Duct Cleaning

Went well, my allergies improved after the cleaning.

We had just done some major renovations to our home before we moved in and we decided we want the ducts cleaned. That was the easy part, trying to find a company that was honest about the cost and take the time to cover exactly what they would do is another story. 
Bob & his partner showed up to my home on time and took a tour of the house before starting any work. They began in the basement where the HVAC system was located and took their time to discuss the project with me and asking if it was OK for them to move some things. 
My kids were home and they were both super friendly to answer any questions that a 5 & 7 year old would have when workers come into the home.....You could tell they took their time and their only concern was getting the job right. 
When they were done Bob turned to me and said.....I almost forgot, while I'm here let me clean out your dryer vent so you won't have to worry about it later. 
A local business owner, that is a nice man, and does a great job. We will definitely be using them again and I will continue to refer them out.

It is so hard to find honest, reliable contractors, however, I found it with Pro Kleen! Right from the start, Pro Kleen was upfront about the cost and very detailed in the services they would be providing. Rob completed the job within a very reasonable time frame as I needed the work done quickly. While he was at the house, he called to tell me the dryer vent was not properly routed and the size was not up to current code. He fixed both issues at no additional charge. Would definitely recommend Pro Kleen!

Highly recommend this company! Bob was very clean and professional. Our dryer vent was completely clogged and we didn't even realize it. Bob came out and completely took apart the duct work and cleaned out the dryer. He also assessed the main vent from the attic and roof. After he made us aware the vent was clogged due to the screen at roof being blocked by lint he cleaned thoroughly the vent and our dryer works like a champ now! Drying our clothes in almost under half the time we were used to! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We will be using him for all of our duct work needs in the future.

They were great! The owner Bob called to schedule our appointment the same day I contacted them and was able to perform the service just a few days later. He and his partner arrived right on time, were very nice and explained exactly what they were going to do. They did a very thorough job (here for over 3 hours) were very careful, wore booties over their shoes and totally cleaned up when finished. Even though they were in every room of our home - to access all of the heat registers and air returns - I honestly could not tell they had been here afterwards! We had used a and quot;less expensiveand quot; company a few years ago and the difference in the service was like night and day. I would highly recommend them!
