+ -1 moreOverall it was a win-win situation for both the contractor and myself. He needed the work and I needed a fair price, for my resources are not extremely abundant. Some things popped-up that raised the total cost more than I had hoped for, but not to an excessive point, and I feel he was quite honest in his costs. He is quite proficient in what he did for me,both a kitchen remodel and a bathroom, and does high quality work.
Description of Work: David was very professional and did a great job. We bartered some on the total cost, but as a whole I am very satisfied with his quailty of work, and for the most part content with the cost.
