My son recommended Powell's because he was so pleased with the tile and floor work they had done in a bathroom in his house. When I checked their website, I thought that my job would be too small for them. I was looking to simply update a hall bathroom. When Eric came out to do the estimate, he assured me that they were very happy to take on my job. I needed installation of a double vanity, sinks, faucets and light fixtures as well as shower hardware. Eric took some measurements and got back to me with an estimate in record time. Jason was the lead installer and his efficiency and attention to detail was unparalleled. My husband & I couldn't be happier with the job. As it turned out, my house cleaning staff arrived as the work was being completed. I was able to tell them to skip cleaning the new bathroom because it was very well cleaned already. Within a few days the owner of Powell's called to follow-up and I was able to compliment him on the job as well as the quality of his staff. Everyone who came into my home was friendly, personable and professional. In fact, we contracted Powell's to install a water heater a few weeks later. It was another job that was very well done.
