Pinnacle Pavement, Llc

Pinnacle Pavement resurfaced my driveway in July 2016. That night it rained, and water came into my garage. My garage NEVER had water in it before in the 12 years that I have lived here. The problem is that Pinnacle Pavement used too much material, making the driveway higher than the garage. Pinnacle came out a few times trying to fix the problem, but the water problem did not get better. They are now ignoring my emails and a signature confirmation letter.

Called 3 times. No response.

We had all this rain this summer so they were were all booked and had a back log of jobs due to weather delays. They said they would fit us in in two weeks and they did. They were prompt with the quote and followed through so we are happy.

They were amazing; they did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished the work when they said they would. They picked out the weeds that were in the driveway before they sealed it and they prepped it really well. They were meticulous when they actually sealed the driveway. They did a very nice and clean job. They also gave us a cash discount on the price; it was very competitive price.

I called for an estimate and received a quote about a week later which significantly longer than I had hoped, but since it was a small job, I was happy they were willing to give me an estimate (other paving companies would not). The quote was for $2,200 which seemed very high and prompted me to get another quote. I ended up going with the other company for almost $1,000 less.

Overall, it went well. Both time to complete the job and price paid were reasonable. I plan to have them come back in a month or so to sealcoat the driveway as well.

Pinnacle provided an estimate 2 days after I first contacted them. After I approved the estimate I waited 5 days and called them back. I was told the weather kept them from scheduling the work and that I would receive a call when they saw a break in the rain. 3 days later (Friday) they scheduled the work for the following Monday with a window of 9-12. The workers showed up at 11 and were finished by 12. I was offered a discount for cash and provided with a receipt detailing the work done, which included filling cracks and a special treatment for an oil-stained area of the driveway. The driveway looks fine and they left no mess to clean up. I was told to stay off the driveway for 2 days and the seal was firm after that. Looks like a good job overall.

Terrific! I received a written quote with a thorough explanation of the work to be done within one day of requesting it. We scheduled work to occur while we were on vacation and presto! We came home to a beautiful driveway. Very thorough and very neat job. I have my had my driveway seal coated every other year and this is the best provider I have found. The driveway looks brand new!
