Phoenix Pool Service Inc

Service was not properly done even after the sevice. Not vacuumed the pool properly. They were in a hurry to attend other customers.Pool is not clean. Not done water testing. Even they left without make sure pump working properly.

I looked up replacement filter parts that  he said I needed after he told me he would charge me what it cost since I was glad to pay for the labor, but wanted to order the parts myself.
He came out the next day with a mismatched set of filters (different labels for the 5 or 6 needed) as if they were leftovers from different company sets. That was ok. But the price he said he would charge was a bout double what it showed on line.
When I said I would not ok that installation at that price,he agreed to install and charge what I found it cost on line.  But  that was only after a standoff when I said  I would not permit the installation on his terms.  And was glad I thought to ask, before he started, what price he "paid".  It left me with a sour feeling and while his work was good, I did not appreciate that pricing ploy.

When we removed the cover from our pool, we found there were 2 areas where some tiles had fallen off the side walls and were in the bottom of the pool.. In calling around, it seemed that this was too small of a job to send some one out to repair. Until my husband called Phoenix Pool Service. Lawrence came out the next day and scheduled the repair for the following day. He was very sympathetic to our plight because we weren't comfortable doing it without professional help. The pool now looks fabulous again and we can't say enough good things about Lawrence and his company. We look forward to a long relationship with him and highly recommend Phoenix Pool Service.

Did an excellent job, new pump is so much better than the old one.  Talked with the owner, wife, and son, very kind and courteous.  Great family owned business to hire for work on the pool.

I was very pleased to find them on Angie's list and they were very responsive and pleasant throughout all my contact with them. I would use them again for future pool problems.

Went well; Lawrence and his son are responsive and easy to work with. They take time to help you understand the process and provide tips for maintenance.

I think they were good. The good thing about them was that they came out right away. They came out on a Saturday and the price was definitely fair. They did exactly what we needed them to do.

It went very good. The guy who came was very responsive and courteous. He suggested other repairs that could be done and provided advice. He cleaned up after himself. He did a good job. Their price was reasonable. We will use them again in the future.

I've been using him for about 5 or 6 years. This is a family owned business, and through the work he's done we have become friends. He is very good to work with and extremely honest. He and his son work together and are great people. He's always quick to respond, and they really provide a great service.
