Paramount Fencing, Inc.

DO NOT USE this shady, JV group (they dont deserve to be called a business). We entered into a contract with them on June 14th, 2024 and over 2 months later our fence is still not finished. There are many issues with the fence as it currently sits, one of which is a gate door that does not even open (the owner Robert LaPlante) built himself. They encouraged us to pay in cash for a discount, but once money was provided, they never showed again. The quality of work beyond setting the posts is not what you should expect from a professional fence business. Jason Boyer and Matt Platco are scam artists just like Robert. They were supposed to be over to finish the fence before August 11th, as we were having a party. No show. Neither one will respond to my emails and conveniently Roberts phone is no longer in service. Dont trust any of them.

Paramount Fencing & owner Robert LaPlante was local and was at my door within hours of my call on a Sunday to measure for quote. They were great through the install process. Less than 6 months after install, I contacted them as I had two issues that fell to them (post leaning dramatically and I had never been able to open one of my gates as it didnâ t clear the cylinder in the ground that that it locked into). I sent ~4-5 emails over two or three months and they never replied until some random guy rang my doorbell and said he was here to fix it, which he did. A few months later, strong winds came through and ripped my gate off the hinge destroying the gate. I emailed Robert immediately with photos and he replied saying he didnâ t get the photos so I resent and he never replied to me. I have called and emailed with no response. One of my neighbors knew this and was also looking for a quote and told Paramount that they needed to reply to me about my gate. Unfortunately, for the neighbor and for me, they never replied to me so the neighbor did not proceed because Paramountâ s customer service after the sale is atrocious. They claimed to the neighbor that they spoke to me about the gate not being covered under warranty being wind damage, however they never spoke to me and I never once implied that I expected this to be covered under warranty. If they did speak to me, I would have paid to fix it. So caution to all, donâ t use Paramont Fencing because they might be great upfront but wonâ t come through for you if any needs after install. Itâ s 8 months after gate was destroyed and I had a contractor here tonight to give me a quote on fixing the gate as my hope that Paramount had some integrity to take care of customers has finally waned, disappointing. I just filled a complaint with BBB.

Paramount Fence 10 - thatâ  s what we would give on a scale of 1-10. We diligently did our homework, checked home advisor, talked to our neighbors; based on our surveyorâ  s recommendation, we accepted a proposal from Paramount Fence. Since we have a pool, safety was one of our concerns. We met with several contractors â  did not take the lowest nor did we take the highest proposal. The minute we met Colin we knew we were going with Paramount Fence. He was thorough in his explanation as to what the fencing installation would entail, listened to our wants and needs and made several suggestions. Colin told that the installers have been working with Paramount for years and nothing is subcontracted out - a plus in our book. There is a 5 year warranty on workmanship - more than any other contractor offered. Colin was at the house throughout the installation which was important since he knew exactly what we wanted. He showed up with 4 guys the first day who all respectful and courteous. More important, it was obvious that they had been working together for some time - they worked like a Swiss watch and seemed happy to be together at the same job. Colin kept us in the loop during the installation making sure we were satisfied with the progress and checked to see if we had any questions and/or concerns during the installation. We had a small space between the deck and house - Colin made recommendations on what he could do and he made it happen. And when they were all done - the cleanup was like we have never seen before from any contractor. We even had to stop them after a long day and told them to go home. So happy we went with Paramount Fence.

I would definitely recommend Paramount Fencing Inc. They quickly installed my fence which I loved to get the job done! Totally recommend them.

Every member of the team putting in the fence was professional and very courteous. It was a very difficult job considering all the shale they had to break through but no complaints or bill padding. One of the best contractors With whom I have worked. They did a beautiful job!!

Paramount fencing installed black chain link fencing, which has a more modern look, as apposed to the standard metal/silver finish. Pleased with the outcome.

As a first time homebuyer we were very nervous about putting out the expenses for a brand new fence, Paramount came out and explained everything gave us a quote on site that day and had the best offer for turnaround time for install. They were very thorough, positive and pleasant. They even came back out after the install when we had questions on a few spots of the fence. Would not hesitate to use or recommend to anyone.

Robert gave us a very competitive quote on an Aluminum fence and black chain link fence combo. His crew provided quality service with quick turn around. We are happy with Paramount Fencing s installation and customer service and would highly recommend him to others.

Robert is superb at communicating, you know exactly what you are getting and his price points are very reasonable. Since he has completed my project I have referred him and 5 properties around me have already used him with another friend looking to use him in the spring. He does excellent work. I highly recommend him, plus he's a regular dude.

Fence installers were very good at there job and knew exactly what they were doing. Fence was very straight line and the gates work very good. They cleaned up the yard good after the were done. I would recemend them to my friends anytime
