Little gain if any. $300 per hour for one and a half hour. Added a pound of 410a freon an told to move remote further away. Doesn't answer my calls now. Extremely unsatisfied

Erik came out to inspect our current system and arrived when scheduled. Gave us an proposal before he left. We called to schedule a date and they arrived on time. Work was totally completed within 6 hours and everything was cleaned up with no mess anywhere. They even vacuumed our basement carpet before they left. We're very pleased.

I asked for a service call after looking up his company online. I rec'd an email with a phone number at 11pm at night shortly after sending a request for service. When I did not respond, the serviceman called at 7am and set up an appointment for 8am the same day. He arrived promptly at 8, had everything fixed by 8:10. Very friendly and professional.
