I've used Mike to both buy and sell my first home and most recently to purchase my new home. Mike provides amazing customer service and makes you feel like you are his only client. We had some issues closing on our home (because of multiple bank errors) and Mike worked tirelessly to get us to close on time. The week leading up to closing, we were on calls and emailing each other well into the night to get things done. At one point, I think I called Mike at 11:30pm and he took my call. I honestly dont know how we would have gotten through our home purchase without him. Mike truly cares about his clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. Both his customer service and real estate knowledge are exceptional. You wont find a better realtor.

Upon the official listing of the house. I had about 11 appointments the 1st weekend, The house sold within a day. The price was right within the neighborhood and I was offered full price. I could not thank Mike enough for the marketing, and successful closing of the house. I do not believe I could have sold the house as quickly without Mike's help. Mike also has a lot of industry contacts which helped with any closing repairs after the inspection. Mike helped me also find a new residence and we spent many days looking for the right downsized property that would suit my needs. We ended up going with new construction and Mike took ownership of the process and addressed any issues with the builder and mortgage company. Mike stepped in when he was needed and I valued his drive and determination to make sure that I wasn't being taken for granted during the purchase process. Mike has a great amount of experience and is always there to help out. Mike is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would certainly utilize his services in the future. He has my respect, and has always had my best interest in mind.

It didn’t cost us anything. He was fantastic. He was really thorough and personable. He did a great job of telling us the pros and cons of different houses we were looking at. He was super knowledgeable about the area. We loved working with him. He would have found a house for us, but we ended up not moving. So, we are staying in Chicago. We would definitely use his services in the future too.

We contacted Mike on a friend's suggestion. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a home, and listened to our concerns. He sent us listings in our area of interest and price range quite often. Whenever I sent an email, he contacted me back very quickly - often by phone. Mike was always accessible and very pleasant. When showing a home, he intelligently pointed out positives and negatives. With his experience and knowledge, I felt very comfortable that he was able to form a solid opinion of the house, where as I was only able to see if it looked nice, if I liked the neighborhood, etc. (he knew about electrical systems, structural things, etc so I didn't have to!) He NEVER pressured us and showed us lots of homes until we found ours. During the transaction, Mike was honest and patient. He helped us get a good deal. Mike is very easy to work with and I would recommend him to friends and family with no reservations what so ever.
