I called maybe 7 cleaning services. They were the only ones who called me back. They called back within an hour and a half. I set up an appointment with them.

Great! Demerae did a wonderful job. She is particular in every detail.

Today I had a cleaner named Brittany at my house.  She did a very thorough job including moving carpets out of the way, taking extra time to clean the shower and making my house look great!

I've been a MaidPro customer for about 4 years and have no problem giving them a 2 thumbs up recommendation - I encourage you to give them a try.

We have been using Maidpro for a while now and we couldn't be happier with our girl Rachel. She is phenomenal and we are lucky enough to have her every visit. She does an awesome job and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

It was so, so. It was OK. They were reliable and on time and insured. The lady that did the cleaning was very nice. They didn't allow enough time for the lady to clean my house sufficiently. It was expensive. It was $140 every time she came. I let them go the last time they came out. I probably would not use them again.

I have utilized MaidPro in Collegeville services for many years. The office staff is excellent - they are always professional, stand behind their services and support the needs of their customers. The cleanings are consistently well done and if there is anything missed they always offer to send someone out right away to rectify the situation.  I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reasonably priced and consistently thorough cleaning services.

When the work was done, I had no complains but the work was almost never completed as per agreement. Most of the times I had to call the office because either the hardwood floor was not washed, or the countertop and backsplash were not touched. They would return the next day to finish. Then we would go over our agreement again and they would promise never to happen. ...Until the next time. I gave them chance after chance but no change. I canceled the service after a few months but it was a few months too long.

MaidPro thoroughly cleans my bathrooms, kitchen, & bedrooms, all in a 4 hour time frame (just one girl). The cleaners are always friendly, efficient, and care about your house (ex: they wear booties over their shoes to protect your carpets).

I requested 2 people to come, so it's half the time they have to be there.  I know a one time cleaning is not easy, I used to clean houses, but I removed all the clutter, even cleared off my hutch of all knick knacks and the bathroom counters were clear.  It was not a full house cleaning, I eliminated 3 bedrooms and the living room and dining room.  One girl spent over 2 hours cleaning the master bath and the master bedroom...and I still found dust on multiple pieces of furniture and the baseboards in the hallway.  The downstairs ended up being rushed and I had to re-do parts of my kitchen floor and hardwood floor.  They did a good job on many things, but they are definitely a C or less rating.

They're reliable. Before switching to their service, my cleaning lady was forgetting our appointments and rescheduling. I'm selling my house, so I needed it look good while on market. They make this happen. They come out when I need them and leave the house looking great. They really care about their customers' experiences. Anytime I contact them with a concern, they're dilligent about taking the feedback to heart and making things better. Also, their prices are not cheapest but they're not the most expensive either.

I would say it did not go well as we are clearly not happy with the service we received yesterday.

* An update to this report - after viewing photos sent to the company, Maid Pro agreed that the service was not up to their standards and sent Lisa to reclean our home yesterday.  As expected, Lisa did a phenomenal job (as she had done the first time) and we are very pleased with the service.  If we have Maid Pro back again, we will make sure we request Lisa - she is thorough, professional and takes pride in her work. 

I've experienced some cleaning services before in the past when I lived in NJ, some good, some bad.  This company so far has been my favorite.  You can definitely tell this company stands out from other companies based on their customer service. I disagree with some of the previous reviewers regarding the dusting.  I've never seemed to have a problem with this.  My friend did have an issue once where her basement bathroom seemed to be skipped.  After she called the office they came back immediately to fix the issue and walked through the whole house to make sure she was happy with the rest of the service.  The office seems very willing to correct any mistake and is always looking for feedback from me. I gave a B on price because I've had less expensive services in the past but I think they are still well worth it.

We had similar experiences. Cleanings started out good, then we had cleaner after cleaner leave. Their dusting is horrible. Our dining room table has nothing on it...and never gets dusted fully. They are supposed to pick up everything and dust underneath and this RARELY happens. I am just tired of having to provide the same feedback every week...and they can't seem to keep cleaners...so am on this site to look for a new cleaning service.

Initially we were very pleased with our service from MaidPro. We had a rotating cast of cleaners initially, and some were good and some were not. We finally ended up with Krysti, who was absolutely wonderful. We have two small children and both work, so our house can be quite cluttered and messy, and she was super-thorough, professional, and most of all, kind and sweet. She eventually left for a career change, and our next cleaner, Joanna, was also fantastic. However, when Joanna decided to leave MaidPro to focus on her schooling, she repeatedly asked MaidPro management to send another cleaner along with her before she left so that Joanna could "show him/her the ropes." MaidPro did not do this. When a new cleaner showed up on 3/25, she was like a deer in the headlights. We sent her away. MaidPro's service is expensive and we frankly expected that the cleaner would have been briefed on the areas to concentrate on (kitchen and baths). We just didn't feel like breaking in another new person and have decided to find another service. When we spoke to the office, they didn't even try to keep us as clients. Very disappointing.

Got worse over time. Never dusted, even empty bookcases. I don't think they vacuumed, based on what I have picked up since they left. Even when I asked specifically that they dust. They did not and did not send a supervisor to check up on themselves. They weren't even willing to come to my home and return my key, they mailed it to my office.

EXCELLENT. From the time I called the Sales center and got the estimate to the time I came home from work the people I spoke with and the lady who cleaned my home were friendly, professional and caring. They made sure my questions were answered and listened to all of my needs. Pricing was perfect for the service I received. My house looked spectacular, my couches were groomed, my cat was safe and secure. My bathrooms and kitchen (which were my rooms of importance) we sparkling!! and my house smelled wonderful! I would highly recommend MaidPro to everyone!

MaidPro has consistently been professional, courteous, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The only down side to their service is that someone new comes almost every visit, so there is not always complete consistency in the work that gets done. Their price felt a little high for my small, 900 sq. foot house, but they were competitive with other quotes that I received. Everyone I have met or spoken with from their company has been friendly and helpful, and I have felt comfortable with them in my home when I'm at work.

I found them on Angie's List and I am generally pleased with them. I definitely notice a difference based on who they send out. They have been out 3 times and each time it has been different people.

Each person that came out had good qualities and bad qualities so I had requested the owner to send out one particular person but it didn?t work out. I just didn?t like the fact that they sent out different people every time, one of them was smoking all the time, the other one wouldn?t stop talking. It is a little taxing showing them everything every time a new person came out. The owner called me right back when I had this problem, which is good but the problem was not taken care off. They did take responsibility when I called them with any problems, they would offer to send someone out to take care of it, which was nice, but I just think they did not do a good job in the first go and decided that I wanted to try another service and then probably compare their work. I wouldn?t recommend them.

Overall they are a good company. They always show up as scheduled. Quality is good. The only thing that I do not like is that they only send 1 person in each cleaning, and often it is a different person each time. I don't like when I don't know who is coming. They seem to have a high turnover rate (maybe this is expected in this business).
