Broke ground June 2014....new grass planted October 2014.  In between, created new addition with crawlspace and radiant heat. Created new mudroom and laundry as well as kitchen and pantry from old kitchen/dining room.  Only a couple of days in beginning that rain got in the way that work wasn't done...worked Mon-Fri from 7am until 3pm...always on time.  Even subs worked out great.
We were lucky since we had an rv that we could have meals and watch tv in so we didn't get in the mix during the day....they cleaned up after themselves and worked to make any adjustments that needed to be made as easy as possible.  Its funny, but they become part of your family for the time they were here and you miss them when they leave.  Due to settling with any new  project, they are coming back sometime this spring/summer to repair cracks and anything else that has changed since the original project.
I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done...They take the time to make the project right...you get what you pay for and I couldn't be more pleased.  Not one person who has seen the final results has said anything but WOW!!! This is what I want done...

Our second floor was crushed, and so we went about the task of interviewing contractors to take on the task of rebuilding our home. We opted for Luciani Builders, knowing full well the importance of a capable building company. From the start we were fully impressed with Lou Luciani and his crew. His workmen, from carpenters to electricians to plumbers to flooring experts to roofers, were exceptional. Lou himself was superb, always responsive, always considerate of our situation, always willing to work with us and make things right. His work was first-rate. He was always on deadline. There were no money surprises. Virtually everything he did or said he would do was completed in a timely, and high-quality manner. We know this sounds too good to be true, but the fact of the matter is in our case it is true. We don't believe we could have contracted with a better company or with more capable individuals. Luciani Builders earned our utmost respect and appreciation for a job superbly done.

Lou and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, skilled and flexible. They built a 5-foot expansion to our kitchen, installed windows, added to the deck, moved some cabinets, put up azac, and oversaw the electrical, spackling and flooring. Initially the bid came in higher than we wanted, so he worked with us to bring it down to our desired budget. And even though I think the project took longer than expected, he charged us only what he had estimated. He added small touches like molding to match what was already in the room and hung a vented microwave which wasn't part of the estimate. The only thing we weren't completely satisfied with was the flooring, but that was sub-contracted. A year later, we are still very happy with his work, love our new space and would highly recommend him.

I thought they were great. They were very reliable and professional, and very responsive when problems arose.

BE ABSOLUTELY PRECISE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT FOR HIM TO DO AND GIVE HIM A COPY OF IT SO THAT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT. HE TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN I WANTED. HE DID RETURN PHONE CALLS AND EVENTUALLY GOT IT DONE. THE QUALITY IS GOOD AND ALL THE SUBCONTRACTORS WERE EXCELLENT. HE DID GO WAY OVER BUDGET.
