Purchased a hybrid car. Received instructions on how to operate it. Got a long test drive. Had some minor service things, which were promptly taken care of. Very happy with the car, and with the experience of buying it there.

It is a great place and they did a good job. It was under warranty so I just had to pay the deductible. They want to make sure I am happy with the service. Another place left a part off my brakes and I almost got killed so I took it back to them.

I have had only one problem with a repair and that was the cruise control fix has failed again. This kind of problem is a true test of how good a repair shop is. I am due to go back this week for inspection and the cruise control.

I started going to them when the dealer I was going to earlier, closed. I have been using this company for 4 years now. About six months ago, my car backfired and they fixed it. However, four months later, the car wouldn’t start. So, I called them. They told me that they couldn’t determine what was wrong with the car. I had to call the tow truck company. Later, I had a series of these occurrences. They told me that it was a dead batter. Later, they determined that it was a problem with the air control valve and a fuel problem. So, they replaced the fuel pump. After three weeks, again, my car wouldn’t start. They told me that a hose wasn’t placed properly. So far, it is working fine. They were kind and very apologetic about the recurrences. Their prices were reasonable. However, I am not really sure about their quality. I will definitely continue with this company in the future.

All my experiences at Keyser and Miller have been great. In the last few years my car has started doing some strange things as various pieces start to wear out, and they are always able to diagnose and repair the issue the day I bring the car in - I have never had to leave it there overnight. I usually schedule work a few days in advance, but in this case I was not able to call ahead of time and just dropped my car off in the morning, and it was still ready by the early afternoon. The service department opens early and provides a shuttle van, which I use to get a ride to my office after dropping off my car. (They also have evening and weekend hours.) The few times I have needed to wait on site have been pleasant, as there is a customer waiting area that is well-stocked with magazines and a television, and they also offer wireless internet access (though I have not used it). The staff are friendly and helpful, and take the time to answer any questions I have and explain what exactly was wrong and how it was fixed. I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me or sell me something I don't need. I have also had my State Inspection performed here for the past few years.

I let my daughter drive me somewhere on a very hot day. The a/c was running. All the sudden we had an engine check light come on. We took the vehicle into Keyser Miller and they said there as nothing wrong with it.
