They were on time, extremely courteous and industrious. The area was left clean and their understanding of chimneys and issues with chimneys is obvious.

It's a chimney sweeping. I'll know they did a good job if I don't have a chimney fire. 3 men showed up, vacuumed out chimney flue from inside house. Took 15 minutes.

I don't know how they got such a high review on this site but poor ones everywhere else. Perhaps they entered a few on this site? After a clean and inspect, I was told i needed a new insert and liner. Worst company I ever allowed in my home. Ed the owner is disrespectful, and unprofessional. Took 2 months to complete a job in a less than satisfactory manor. I spent a lot of money for a big project and not only did they under deliver, but the owner was a terrible person to deal with.
