We purchased a mattress from here after spending several hours in the showroom. The mattress we received feels nothing like the mattress in the showroom. We quickly realize that it is impossible to sleep on it because it is so hard. We are both in incredible pain. We immediately call Fecera's to address the situation and return the mattress. Fecera's has refused to do anything so now we have a $1600 mattress we can't use. We are shocked at the lack of customer service Fecera's has provided. We have never encountered a store or a manger that cares so little for their customers.
