The Customer Service is excellent and I feel they are honest. They have repaired everything including totally replacing a motor Note it seems my lawn mower needs to be fixed more than I would like, but it is not a reflection on CDI, more so the mower. The mower also gets a lot of use since my son uses it to mow 10 lawns

I replaced the car orator on two trimmers with new spark plugs but the units still would not start. CDI took 4 weeks to repair the blower and one trimmer and wanted to replace the new car orator with another new one. They don't know how to repair only replace parts, and if you don't own a business you come last.
