Buckwalter Pool Service

I hired Kevin to replace my pool pump, based on a recommendation from a work colleague, but the experience was disappointing. Although he was responsive over text and arrived on time, he was hands-off when it came to providing the parts and doing the necessary research, which I had to handle myself. The job took about 55 minutes, and he charged $300, which seemed excessive for the service provided. He rushed through explaining how the pump speeds work and had no experience with aqua-link, a common feature in pools built in the last 10 years. When I asked for guidance on how long to run the pump and at what RPM, he repeatedly told me to read the manual, despite claiming to charge $300 an hour for his extensive experience. He also advised against calling him if there were any issues, which was frustrating. Overall, it felt like he was more interested in quick money than in providing quality service or taking responsibility for his work. I was left feeling undervalued and dissatisfied with the experience.

Kevin was working on a neighbor's pool when I noticed a leak in my pool equipment.
Called neighbor,  he came over, diagnosed my problem, scheduled a repair date, and
called the day before the repair date.    He came on time, repaired and replaced pump
seal.   I was very grateful to have the repair completed and all equipment running
smoothly.    He is very helpful and very courteous to his Customers.
