Had a few other people ghost me after signing up for lawn care service, but Atkins & Jordan was able to come out the day I inquired, assess my Lawn, and come out later that week to take care of it. The crew that came by was also super quick... What took me 4 hours a week with a dinky push mower took them all of 30 min and it looks much better than I could do on my own.

My experience with Atkins and Jordan is mixed. Started out great then quickly went downhill. Huge wait times for project work and lack of communication. Owner needs to focus more on his business. Update: 10/15/2019 Started out strong but quickly fell apart. I wanted to stay with them but inconsistent performance - no communication unless I initiated - long wait times for requests - all led me to hire someone else at the end of the season. Owner is distracted by other obligations and it shows.
