Anda Nail Salon has a new owner as of October, 2014. Isaac and his wife have made some significant personnel changes because they want to be proud of their nail salon to be one top shelf and comfortable for all customers. Employees know customers by name and are always cordial and friendly with a true smile. There is no push to upsell for extra services. I get acrylic refills and nobody has pushed me to move into gel nails, which tend to be a little more expensive. Everyone is so sweet and the nail technicians do a great job. Other salons tend to tell me I do not need a base coat on the acrylics, but Anda Nail Salon just does it. I notice a significant difference in the wear of my polish.
My last visit on a cold day; Isaac was very thoughtful to put a heated pad around my shoulders and neck. He always stops to chat to make customers feel comfortable. He makes it a point to check techs to make sure that everyone is following best procedures. They want consistent, high quality results. He will ask customers if they are happy with what was done. I have not seen this done at any other salon.
I don't feel like a number at Anda's. I feel welcomed, comfortable and that they want me to return to them. At many nail salons, you just go in, get work done on your nails, pay, and leave - very assembly-line like. Anda's is not like that. Nice that they even remember my name.
