Seelyes Landscaping

Ramp shape still looks fine; the finish is flaked, chipped, and ugly. The paint on the cement still looks wet - dark and blotchy  in spots. Mr. Seelye had explained that the paint had not completely dried when I initially expressed concern about the appearance. Retaining wall looks okay in places but top layer is shifting. No permanent damage from the workers getting cement in my Japanese Maple; he advertises that he is also a landscaper and I was surprised and unhappy that it happened at all.  If he is a landscaper, he knows the tree would be several thousand dollars to replace.  The cost overall would have been fair had the workmanship been good and done properly. But it was neither.
