this company is extremely busy, hard to get in contact with them sometimes.

He is very straightforward. They always tell me the price and give me my options. He also gives different price options with different equipment. We had to replace the faucet and he recommended us the place where I can get it for cheaper. He also told me about other places where the quality was better thought it was a little expensive. He gives you choices for what you want done.
