Mr. Smallwood has been in this business for many, many, years. He is very involved in each job and puts in the hard work necessary to get the job done. He brings a crew but we appreciate that he is working hard alongside them until the job is finished. He knows this business and has a creative eye for more detailed projects. Mr. Smallwood provides detailed plans before the job and helps you decide what you want and how it will fit into your budget. When we had some problems with some of the plants he came back to replace them with questions asked. 
I grew up in the same town as Mr. Smallwood and we have mutual friends. He was one of the first people we thought of when we needed work. We had a few different quotes and didn't have luck with different landscapers mostly because they were unreliable. Smallwood's is an honest, hardworking company that I would highly recommend. He will always be the first one we call when we have landscaping needs. 

The design was changed at the last minute by myself and the owner was very cooperative and worked with me on the changes. After the hard winter of 2013-2014 all plants that didn't survive were replaced at no charge. They worked fast, but didn't sacrifice quality. I get many compliments on the work done by them and have referred them to others.

We are so very pleased with the work completed. They did a wonderful job placing the huge stone steppers. It looks fantastic, just what we wanted. They came when they said that they would and finished the job in a day and a half. They cleaned up and seeded places where the truck had dug up. Their price was reasonable. I will most certainly use them for all of our landscaping.

Smallwoods did a great job with our backyard project. When we approached them, we had a general idea of what we wanted to do in our backyard. We bounced some ideas off of them and they came back with a beautiful detailed design. They did everything they said they would and more. We would definitely use them again.
