Ken was the best vendor we have ever had for anything. Honest, clear in his communications, prompt and efficient, friendly and professional, and an expert in his field. I got his name from a friend who uses him extensively for commercial work, and I was very glad for this referral!

He's done a lot of work for us. He is very honest about his timing and comes when he says he is going to come. He has great communication. We feel comfortable having him in our home. He is honest about what he is recommending and he takes time with us to help us decide the most economical way to do something. He doesn't try to force us into doing things that will cost us a lot of money. He gives us options to choose from. We would use him again. A co-worker referred him.
