Initially it seemed things were going well. However, Ron’s first employee/subcontractor was extremely opinionated about our aesthetic choices (layout pattern of floor and brand). Flooring project was a week late to be finished. At this point, the quality of the work significant deteriorated. Multiple things were done however he wanted despite us clearly explaining how we wanted it done. We also had multiple instances where we communicated a certain date we needed work done. Each time it was met simply with “alright” and then not completed in time. After communicating that based on the texts my husband thought that the work would be completed that day, Ron response (in front of others) was “he thinks too much”. That day (that all work was to be completed) he left the house a mess (saw dust, packaging garbage on the floors, liquid nails on the newly painted walls).
