In my opinion Gary is the best carpet cleaner around. He cleaned my old house a while back and removed pet stains that other cleaners could not. So I hired him again for my new property. He explained everything he would be doing, warned me when there would be a lot of noise, and had me check each room along the way to make sure I was happy with the results. He applied extra Scotchguard in high traffic areas; I didn't even ask, he just did it as a courtesy. Gary is very professional and personable, and he even called me the next day to follow up and make sure I was happy with the service. I know there are some cheaper deals out there for carpet cleaning, but if you want top quality service, go with Gary. It is worth every penny.

Gary Parncutt responded in a timely manner, kept all schedule appointments and was extremely professional. His charges were extremely reasonable. He is polite and listened to requests and only accepts jobs that he can accomplish. All jobs accepted were done in a timely manner and the outcomes were excellent. Upholstery work was excellent considering the age of the chairs (Light cream almost white) and how stained it was. Similarly, the RV upholstery and bed were cleaned to its best expected quality. Tile and stone work were resorted to almost new appearance. Grout was cleaned to a condition better than we had hoped for.
Although his address is out of our area, his travel charges are minimal and arrived on time.
