 + 0 moreI initially contacted several GC's for quotes on a total renovation. ?All of which called back promptly and arrived to bid on my work. ?I did not receive a call back from Mike White for several days after putting in a request on website and another on voicemail. ?When I was finally contacted, he came out to my sight and could not give me an estimate altogether because of "the complexity" of the job. ?Mike promised to return to the site the next day and do a full evaluation and would call me with estimates, which he said should take no more than a week or so. ?A week went by after I sent him my wish list for design. ?Then another. ?He finally called me and said he had not forgotten about my request and he would go out in the next day or so. ?That has been over a month ago now. No follow up. ?No courtesy call. ?I was bidding for the house and because of his lack of promptness, I lost the bid because I could not guarantee my contractor. ?Worst experience I have ever had with a GC. ?I chose to reno another house and will be spending my 150k with someone who is worthy of my business.
