I'm not sure it was done correctly, he took the door off and it had water damage below the door and he didn't correct it. It should have been corrected then and I may have to have the whole door replaced because of that. We paid him for that door, then he came back. I asked him in the summer when I contacted him if he would do work for me. I also needed siding replaced. By the time he replaced the door it was too cold to replace the siding. I think then he came and put a storm door on and it was not satisfactory, that was in December or January of 2009. He also did some interior drywall repair but I still didn't get the siding done which he was going to take care of per our initial conversation. The storm door screeches like elephants. I'm going to have to replace it. I didn't pay him because he was supposed to come back and finish the dry wall, but after I saw the initial drywall repair I knew I wouldn't let him do that. I got a bill from him and I asked him for the information on the storm door because it was under warranty and I wasn't happy with it. He never got it to me and I was waiting on it to pay him. I decided I would pay the bill but the dry wall repair has to be totally removed, he put boards in that there is no way you can spackle over. So now I have a bigger drywall repair I have to pay someone else to do, the storm door makes noise and water gets in. He never took care of the siding. He sent me a bill and said to let him know if there was any other work I needed done. I don't normally go out of my way to not recommend someone but he has been totally unprofessional. I shouldn't have had to track him down and beg him for the warranty on the door. In all fairness to him I never called him, but when I did talk to him it was always too cold to do the siding but I initially asked him in the summer.
