These people never get back to you and steal your money. When paid through Lowe's to complete a project they did horrible work and when asked to come back to fix mistakes they told Lowe's that it was not their problem because the project was not big enough for them. I had to chase them down for 6 months only to find that the next contractor had to remove all of the back splash and replace the drywall behind it that they had put in because it was so horribly done. They never finished installing the dishwasher panels due to lack of experience.

They did not complete the job as originally agreed upon and we had to get Lowes to send in another contractor to fix their work. They never returned our calls and did such a horrible job that the new contractor had to start over. They do not care about the customer at all and they overcharge way to much for the terrible quality of work. I do not recommend that you use them at all.

Very nice people. Did a great job. No errors and very particular about the quality of their work. Cleaned up too.

This project did not get off to a good start as we were expecting the job to start on a certain date and be completed before we we left for vacation.  The day before the job was to start we found out that they would be delayed 3 days and would not complete prior to our vacation.  Shenberger and Sons sub-contracted the cabinet installation to another vendor and he was fantastic - highly recommended.  However, the parts of the job that Shenberger and Sons completed we had nothing but problems.  The backsplash tiles had to be re-done several times and the plumbing connections were not tightened which caused $3000 dollars of damage to our basement after the installation.  Shenberger and Sons took no responsibility for this issue.
The only reason we used Shenberger and Sons is they were the contractor hired through Lowe's to complete our job.  We had so many problems that Lowe's area manager gave us a formal apology and gift card which was a nice touch but we recommended that Lowe's re-look at who they hire to do their work.

Awful. Run if this guy gives you an estimate. We hired him to remove an inground oil tank and asphalt from our back yard. He took out the asphalt and spread the fill under it throughout the yard, so there is crap everywhere. If you want to take out a shovelfull of dirt you better have an hour. He cracked the walls surrounding our basement steps and said the fill was out foult because he didn't know the oil tank was so big. Give him an F-

Because of weather issues it took him a while to get here.  They re-stuccoed  and basically rebuilt two of the  chimneys and refinished them and put chimney caps on both of them.  They were very straight forward with estimates, they were on time and on budget, the quality of their work was excellent.  Everything they did even down to matching the stucco on the chimney to the stucco on our home.
