Richard, the owner, came out to do the estimate, and while he was here, he answered some random questions I had about yard maintenance and proper tree care. He was very friendly. The work was done by Richard and 2 other workers, and while they were here they also got rid of a 2nd tree at no extra charge that had fallen into my yard from a storm. That was very much appreciated.
