They have never in 5 years messed up on anything. I send all kinds of things to them, including delicate. If they see a loose button or such they'll fix it without asking. They do charge a bit for pick up and deliver but I think it is more than worth it. I think the service is outstanding, the quality is great and I highly recommend them.
