Mr. Killian responded promptly to my call and came out to look at the washer early the following day (Monday). He explained our options clearly and we made our choice easily.

I heard from Mr. Killian a day or two after my initial call. He was very polite and quickly coordinated the repair with my tenants. He kept me updated throughout the process and provided information about options. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend him! Note that I didn't rate the price because I didn't get multiple quotes and I haven't had any appliances repaired before, so I have no current basis for comparison.

From beginning to end, working with Killian's was a professional, friendly, and even educational experience.  Mr. Killian responded promptly to the message we left on his voice mail.  He made himself available the next day.  He arrived on time and phoned in advance to tell me he was on his way. He quickly identified what needed to be done and explained to me the work he was doing.   Throughout the process, I received an education on the use and maintenance of our appliances which I found very valuable; including learning features of which I had been unaware.  It is a pleasure to work with someone who has 40 years of expertise.  I would highly recommend Killian's appliance and intend to call them again when I need appliance related services.

He arrived on time and went straight to work. While I cared for my infant son he had no troubles doing the repair job and talking with my 4 year old. He had his hear chatted off, but was pleasant with my 2 other children. He was quick and thorough. I would definitely call him again!
